Joel is a passionate professional in the car service and business training industry with 10 years of experience. After having had a corporate experience of 18 years in different countries & with senior roles in the IT Infra sector, Joel pursued his childhood passion of cars & started his dream venture EXPRESS AUTOCARE, a multi-brand car service & detailing center in 2015 (started with 800 Sq ft space now expanded to 14,000 sq ft) at Kalyan, a Metropolitan Region near Mumbai. Coming from a IT Infra background, Joel implemented various processes & systems (learnt in his stint in IT) that he tailored specifically for car service business in EXPRESS AUTOCARE which became a key differentiator & a game changer in an otherwise disorganized industry.

Throughout his corporate career in IT, Joel had consistently delivered results, exceptional service quality, efficient problem-solving skills & cost savings. Joel thrived in dynamic environments where teamwork and innovation was the key which made me climb corporate ladders at a good pace.

Currently his venture, EXPRESS AUTOCARE is the top multi brand car service center in the city & pulls customers from far off. Its the first ISO Certified Multi-Brand Car Service Center in India. It is an ExxonMobil Lubricants Channel Partner and a MY FNG Service Partner. Along with Corporate Warranties India Pvt Ltd, it also provides extended warranties for new cars & also old cars. With a state of art Paint Booth, it has tie-ups with almost all major general insurance companies to provide seamless & cashless motor accident claims. It is now actively working on the transition to Electric Vehicles Service.

As a successful entrepreneur for the past 10 years & with his experience of failures and successes in my professional life, Joel in 2019 started training and speaking on entrepreneurship, leadership and various facets related to it. Joel has been mentoring startups in India and Sri Lanka and also had the opportunity to mentor 2 startups in South Korea through Korea SMEs & Startup Agency. Joel also train Corporate Teams, MSME Teams in Leadership and Intrapreneurship Skills. His carefully curated programs cover a holistic training on all aspects on business, for the owner, founders, the second lead team to the core or front-end team. A vast bouquet of programs covers the subjects like Life, Entrepreneurship, Sales, Feedback Management, Customer Experience, Intrapreneurship, Leadership & Youth Entrepreneurship

In 2024, Joel co-founded MY FNG, an online car service aggregator company in India. Apart from being a mentor for the company, Joel is leading the Operations & Training teams of MY FNG with a very critical role to get on the ground and hand hold their service partners to success with integrity replicating the EXPRESS AUTOCARE model.

Joel also has authored the book “The 25 Rupees I Didn’t Get Made Me What I am.”
